First attempt at handmade journal

I started to in love in this hobby! Making own journal book can be that fun! (but gonna scarify more personal times though). Special Thanks to Sheerah who taught me this skill.

Practice makes perfect. So i made 8 journals - to give away to my friends. So, i believe soon, i can start make journal for sale XD

Jason is my Kaki and good friend and i spent quite few nights making this book for him :)

His dream is to publish a book though.. so give him a EP as present :p

Sheerah is so good in card making - so it is kind of stress to make card for her :)

However, she loves purple - so i made a card with 'touch of purple' :p with a matching gift box for the gift :)

Gonna rush for a youth concert now :)

Praying for you... in PINK

Took out a piece of polka dots paper, and made this simple packaging for someone :) Ha, didn't know it turns out so girlie. Unexpected though :| Made the packaging nice and cute - because things inside aren't tasty at all :p Hope this will cheer my friend lah :)

Paper: 2008 Bitty Dot Basics (Papertreyink)

Ink: Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip (SU)

Stamp: Sweet Owls (Hero Arts), Prayer and Thought (SU)

Others: Chocolate Chip grosgrain ribbon

At the same time made this card for a friend who is weak. Gonna post out this week :) I quite like this card though :) I like the touch of glitter (although i dislike Bling Bling stuff.. hee hee)

Today is my mum's birthday! Happy Birthday Mama!

She reminded me - no cake and no handmade cupcakes :( [well... perhaps... :(]

Made this card for her with a matching "Red packet" in orange + a bunch of red roses :) Hope she will like it :)

Daddy is cute. I didn't put name on the roses and he saw a bunch of roses on mummy's table, he quickly take a piece of paper and wrote this...

hahahahaha :)

We went to Ming Chai AGAIN. This time, we have Uncle Ling (mama's youngest brother) joint us for dinner.

Birthday cards for March Babies

I have 24 friends in hands - whose birthday is in March (excluding FB friends :p) Made these cards for 4 friends in Australia, Beijing, KL and Miri. Hope they will receive on time! Gonna check the recipe ya... Aha! The Kiwi Kiss Cards inspired by this. I love the simplicity in this card.

These are simple but took me ages to complete these cards. The balancing is quite off :p

Made these red packet (matching with my house deco theme) few days ago. Just for sharing :)

a CNY gift for Li Ya

I was invited to Liya's new house for housewarming and i was very excited + shy to meet her in person though :) She is a very humour, kind and sweet wife I would say :) She is good in crafting, good in baking and good in designing too! I hope she likes my super little small frames design though...

i love this card

Made this CNY card for friend (with good taste). Surprisingly the outcome is quite nice and now i declare this is my CNY favourite card of the year :) I like the idea on how i link the HOPE (front) and the FAITH (inside). When we hope, we put our faith @ Him :)

Made these CNY cards for my close friends (and little brother) in Miri and 2 of them comes with some homemade cookies :) Hope they will like it though... Yea.. i made the packaging - and it matches my cards :) And yes,.. it is in PINK :D

Everyone is busy with Chinese New Year. I am gonna make some red packet tonight :) Woohoooo

Addicted to cupcakes

之前，“谣言”说我的cupcake 是偶像派 (也不是谣言啦，是事实)

但是今天证明了我们作的cupcake－有外在美，也有内涵喔！

果然是偶像实力派 :D

Everise 想做cupcake 给他的特殊朋友

本来不是很认同中学生paktho的我，确成为帮凶 :p

我告诉everise: 你这回拜错师傅了,..我的cupcake 经验是1次而已！

他还问我: 师傅，你做的cupcake真的有那么差吗？照片看起来很美。

我说：是啊！所以才叫偶像派！你没有听说.. 味道不是很好了吗? :p

我们坚持祷告了才开工 :) 求上帝让我们成功！

这次偷懒 － 买了mix好的powder（比较省钱）, 加上eggs, milk, vegetable oil 和chocolate chip （自己改recipe）效果还不错喔！看到Everise 不但真心，还用心，说真的，很感动... 一下下....

但是Jason却说这个cupcake很有castle的主题和味道。

Castle老板可以考虑一下喔～

Prayer Journal for Shu Shu

Beside bought her a book on her birthday, i handmade this prayer journal for her. I think it is good habit to write down our prayers and see how, when and how God answered the prayer.

This prayer book is casual in design, and the dividers were printed with bible verses and embossed with white embossing powder and heat tool.

Hope she likes it :)
