Graduation 结业礼

I can't believe I am going to complete my "short term mission class" in a week time. Wow! Amazing :) Well, it is time to busy with the "graduation". Yap, there are 4 of us in this class and we have to prepare the graduation by ourselves.

I prepared 10 quick thank you cards for the pastors and speakers for our course. They will receive a custom made t-shirt as well :) Woohoo~ I will get the t-shirt tomorrow :) Hope it is nice :) I have to design the bulletin, the video (arg, Ian is not around, so i am going to do a non-pro video for this graduation) and more things to prepare! Arg!!!!!!

If you are a christian, please keep me in your prayer. I need wisdom and I need enough rest as well :) Of course, I need FUN and care too :) hee hee

I this a very simple card for my daddy. I prepared this for a workshop actually. So,.... here comes the recipe

Card stock: SU: Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla, China: Recycled paper.

Ink: SU: Versa Mark, Chocolate Chip

Accessories: Brads, Cuttlebug, White embossing powder, heat tool, dried grass.

Crazy night :)

TD and TD2 wanna make some cards for the young adults' committee that's why they came to my house to make the cards by themselves. They were crazy about the wig (from my shipment) and so excited about this. See, the wig looks so natural on them :D

After almost half an hour of exciment, they finally started to making cards. Wow, they have the talent though :) Great time spent - and i think is a good testimony too.

The Castle coffee house 王子与公主咖啡屋

I made this card for my friend - Jungle Boi, who just opened a new cafe yesterday - the Castle Coffee House (based on the concept of Prince and Princess). His cafe is located @ Miri, opposite SMB Chung Hua Miri. Drop by if you are Mirian :) It is a very cozy place. Simple and clean. I love it and I am sure you will love it too :) Obviously... the idea came from the theme of the cafe :)

TD, TD2 and i went the night before opening (10 June) to pray with JB and ask God to bless this place. JB served us with huge fish balls. Honestly, the fish balls are really nice and bouncy :)

We took photos with the "Prince and Princess" done by a youth from SMB Chung Hua. JB is actively involve in counseling and he always encourage them to maximize their talents and he creates chance for them to do as well.

It is rare to see JB serving us "this way". No wonder the drinks so yummy :) It was made with heart :)

Simple birthday card

My TD and TD2 coming over to make some cards for the "kids" they care :) I quickly completed 2 urgent birthday cards before their arrival. They are going to make cards in my small and messy room :( My craft room is not ready yet :(

Finally!

Finally my shipment arrived :) I prayed to God last night to ask Him to deliver my things as soon as possible because there are things inside needed urgently and He answered my prayer immediately. Wow! What a loving God we serve :) Hm.... WOW! I could start my card making life again! Yippee!

I was so excited and opened my 1st box which contains my foldable bike. Praise God for a complete bike without any "injured" :D My piano "looks good" and hopefully it sounds good too :) Pray Pray Pray!

Poor "Xiao Zhong 小综" (name of my teddy bear). He looks jet lag :) Have a good rest Xiao Zhong and welcome to Miri :)

Oh ya! We visited Brother Ling this afternoon and he looks good. Continue pray for the surgery. He is still in queue. God, please allow him to get his surgery done ASAP. Please God.

Mission Trip to Long Bedian (Tenyok) 短宣队

出发时间：2009年6月3 日早上915

出发地点：美里福音堂pujut堂会

目的地：Long Bedian (Tenyok) - 从Long Lama, 2个小时的路途。

Departure time: 3 June 2009, 915am.

From: Miri Gospel Chapel (Pujut Branch)

To: Long Bedian (Tenyok) - 2 hours from Long Lama

Reached long lama at 1pm. Makan!

3个小时后，终于到达long lama, 先吃吧！

In the evening time, Pastors and sister Zheng were having serious discussion....

It was really really hot that night and I couldn't sleep at all. But I prayed and asked for rain. It was HEAVY rain at 1am! Praise God for this!

当天晚上我不能入睡。太热了。所以我祷告。凌晨1点的时候，下起大雨了！太棒了！
